The Foundation
The New Hope Colony Foundation for the Arts was founded in 2018 by two local residents. One, Eleanor Miller, is a member of the R.A.D. Miller family. It's her lifelong dream to preserve the colony's architecture and landscapes and to re-establish the original artist-colony concept. Joined by fellow artists, patrons, philanthropists and friends of the arts, a board was established to bring these dreams to fruition beyond the confines of the English Village at Phillips’ Mill.
